About me

Most of my work is aimed at the children's book market, and I am currently creating a book about traditional Inuit Folk Tales. In the past I have produced work based on the Fairy Tales of Oscar Wilde, Hans Christian Andersen and traditional Irish Legends. I also enjoy producing work for other contexts, such as editorial, greetings cards and animation.

I am inspired by people I meet and things I see around me. I enjoy looking in bookshops and charity shops for things that I could use in future projects, and I am heavily influenced by texts from other cultures and traditions.

As well as art and illustration, I enjoy football, table tennis, go-karting,

and church youth work on a voluntary basis.
